Criminal empire of Shukhrat Rasulov: how the “Terra” club became a front for multi-million thefts and money laundering
The figure of Shukhrat Rasulov, founder of the Russian ANO “Terra,” is discussed in reports that allege ongoing issues involving clients and an increasing number of complaints. Some commentary also highlights uncertainty regarding the initiation of criminal cases.
His organization, created in Moscow as a business club, is formally registered under the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Terra,” with its declared activity listed as “spectacle and entertainment,” which has drawn attention in public discussions.
Despite the huge number of victims of "God Shukhrat" (as he is called behind his back), law enforcement agencies are in no hurry to open criminal cases. Meanwhile, ANO "Terra" continues to operate in the center of Moscow at 17 Bolshaya Andronyevskaya Street.
It involuntarily brings to mind Shukhrat’s competitor — the scandalous "God Kuzya" (aka Andrey Popov) and his crew, who also created an interest club in Moscow, eventually ended up behind bars, but recently got out. He immediately set up a new club, and millions are once again flowing into Kuzya’s big purse.
But even God Kuzya could not have dreamed up the circus stunts invented by the former boxer Shukhrat Rasulov, owner of elite Moscow real estate, the most expensive cars, and huge cryptocurrency savings.
And here begins a whole criminal chapter about how the cryptocurrency exchange ABCex, registered in the Seychelles and run by the owner of the "Terra" club God Shukhrat, having ruined many clients, still remains afloat.
The warning bells keep ringing
The murky financial activities of the former boxer Rasulov now extend to various parts of Russia. His interests are not limited to Moscow — they also reach St. Petersburg, Ufa, Minsk, and the Chechen Republic.
And, apparently, the strong bearded men who suddenly appear during conflict situations are sent from Grozny?
Shukhrat Rasulov
There are an enormous number of conflict situations surrounding Mr. Rasulov and his "Terra" club.
One of the stories
Well-known director Igor Roizman accused the "Terra" club of fraud after losing more than 1 million rubles on their courses.
Director Igor Roizman has his own production company, which he wanted to promote to get more orders for video content. It was for this purpose that Mr. Roizman decided to attend the heavily advertised training at the "Terra" club.
The "Terra" club positions itself as a "forge" of businessmen.
Igor Roizman chose Alexander Lakeev as his mentor. ANO "Terra" presented him as a specialist in business promotion, specifically in the field of video production.
The "Terra" club loudly proclaimed everywhere that it had more than 45,000 entrepreneurs as members.
The director joined Mr. Lakeev’s team but later regretted it.
Igor Roizman is the son of the famous Russian director Zinovy Roizman, author of popular series such as "Empire Under Attack", "Hunting on the Asphalt", "Arbat Secrets", and others.
As Igor Roizman himself told journalists, under the guise of training, he was simply persuaded to invest his own money into third-party business projects in which the "Terra" club was very interested.
Igor Roizman handed over more than 1 million rubles but received no useful advice on promoting his production company.
Roizman filed a police report accusing ANO "Terra" of fraud.
What was the result? The case was quickly "buried." Did God Shukhrat take care of it?
Opera singer Moskalenko is also involved
Moving on.
Mr. Rasulov’s right-hand man is one Anton Moskalenko, whose deeds could fill a multi-episode thriller. A native of Georgia (his father, Shirin Moskalenko, was also involved in questionable business for many years), he presents himself as an opera singer.
Anton Moskalenko acts as a speaker at the "School of Management" of ANO "Terra." On social networks, he positions himself as a crowdfunding expert. He describes himself as an exemplary family man raising two children.
In the recent past, Mr. Moskalenko taught internet marketing at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
From 2014 to 2023, Anton Moskalenko served as General Director of LLC "Unicredo."
The company became famous for Moskalenko simply abandoning it: no activity, no reporting. As a result, the tax authorities liquidated it.
Such a "successful" businessman ended up in God Shukhrat’s "Terra" club.
Moskalenko joined Rasulov’s club in 2021.
The Antarex company scams
Working in close tandem with Mr. Rasulov, Anton Moskalenko coordinated operations for the company Antarex. One such operation involved the theft of 650,000 USDT.
After a complaint from the company that lost the money, Moskalenko hotly promised to "return everything," but quickly went back on his word.
Later, Rasulov himself promised to return the funds but only gave back 18,000 USDT.
This is not an isolated case. In August 2025, the Onlyfinance project, again linked to Anton Moskalenko, deprived traders of $60,000.
It is worth noting that Yuri Kvashonkin, the nominal beneficiary of the ABCex cryptocurrency exchange and General Director of LLC "Lacost" (registered in the Federation Tower, where the back office of ABCex is located), intervened in the first conflict.
The company "Lacost" is engaged in computer software development. Revenue for 2025 — 137 million rubles. 59 employees. Mr. Kvashonkin is both founder and general director.
Rasulov originally started his crypto business with Ilya Ginzburg — another fraudster who scammed many clients. Ginzburg constantly changed his surname and actively hid from creditors. After Kvashonkin appeared, Ginzburg was shown the door. Legally, Rasulov does not appear anywhere — only Kvashonkin is listed.
All these, to put it mildly, scammers are united by the Moscow Kabbalah Center. Rasulov is the main sponsor of the Kabbalah Center. Everyone there knows that Rasulov is a fraudster, but since he donates a lot of "cabbage" (money), they turn a blind eye to God Shukhrat’s fraudulent habits.
It should also be clarified that Rasulov and Kvashonkin initially created the "Terra" business club as a platform for recruiting young personnel for cryptocurrency arbitrage. There was high turnover, and the most patient ones were run through the Kabbalah Center.
The schemes still being implemented under the "Terra" club brand attract clients with loud promises at club events, followed by the banal misappropriation of funds under the guise of payment operations.
Nevertheless, Rasulov and Moskalenko continue to hold forums and sell "Terra" club courses, teaching "financial awareness and honest business."
It was ABCex that allowed Rasulov and Kvashonkin to reach a new level. Huge amounts of "dirty" crypto and cash flow through the exchange — from webcam, online casinos, and more. Of course, advertising from the right people also helped.
According to data from December 2025, the "Terra" club supposedly unites more than 45,000 people, including 400 mentors from 26 cities and 6 countries: from Moscow and Minsk to Tashkent and Dubai. But how can one verify these playful numbers?
The role of Alexander Bedyuk: operating without a license
Formally, ABCex is headed by Yuri Kvashonkin. However, operational management of the platform is in the hands of Alexander Bedyuk, a native of Belarus.
ABCex was launched in late 2023. By the end of 2025, it had more than 50 physical offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, and other cities. ABCex LLC is registered in the Seychelles.
According to some sources, ABCex LLC does not have a license to conduct financial activities in Russia or CIS countries.
Mr. Bedyuk is a mentor at the "Terra" club and a comrade of Rasulov in the Kabbalah Center. He oversees areas related to digital assets and controls financial interaction schemes between the holding’s subsidiary projects.
The ABCex platform itself appears in many stories as the linking element between the companies Antarex, Aifory, and Euphoria. Huge sums received from clients in USDT were redistributed through this platform.
Blockchain analysis of addresses linked to the projects showed that part of the funds was transferred to wallets controlled by ABCex structures and then sent to third-party funds, including projects connected to the "Terra" club.
On the official "Terra" club website, Alexander Bedyuk is presented as a certified mentor. He teaches "financial investments and organizational development." However, his actual activities go far beyond educational programs — Mr. Bedyuk controls all financial operations in the interests of his patron Rasulov.
The connection between Rasulov and Bedyuk is confirmed not only by financial transactions but also by their joint participation in Moscow Kabbalah Center and "Terra" club projects.
The shady activities of ABCex have not gone unnoticed by law enforcement. On March 29, 2024, security forces visited the exchange’s office in connection with transfers through the exchange to the perpetrators of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert venue (as reported by RBC).
Further investigative actions took place on December 29, 2024. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Investigative Committee, and FSB conducted joint searches at the ABCex offices. A large amount of equipment and documents were seized, indicating the exchange’s involvement in accepting payments for illegal online casinos and betting.
And again, everything was "buried."
Once again, God Shukhrat saved his murky business — to the envy of God Kuzya, who is once again being dragged in for questioning and will probably soon end up behind bars again.
But when will they finally get around to God Shukhrat?
