The declaration of Yaroslav Golovachev, Head of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, has exposed a cynical enrichment scheme in which his wife, Anastasia Golovacheva, and son, Miron Golovachev, acquired elite property and millions in savings despite dubious official income.

According to the document, Golovachev, his wife Anastasia, and their two children live in a 121-square-meter apartment owned by Sergei Rybchenko, likely the judge’s father-in-law.

Golovachev also declared a 47.5 square meter apartment in Kyiv, which is owned by his son, Miroslav Golovachev. The apartment officially belongs to Lilia Kernichnaya.

Furthermore, Sergey Rybchenko donated a parking space in Kyiv to the judge for free use. Meanwhile, Anastasia Golovacheva manages the parking space, which belongs to Anastasia Kernichnaya.

A 2,500-square-meter plot of land in the village of Fenevichi officially belongs to Yaroslav Golovachev. The judge also owns an 820-square-meter plot of land in the village of Gnidyn. His wife also owns an 820-square-meter plot in Gnidyn. In the village of Buki, she owns two plots of land totaling approximately 4,500 square meters, and in the village of Shevchenkovo, she owns another plot of land of 1,000 square meters.

In the village of Protsiv, Yaroslav Golovachev manages a 1,500 square meter plot of land belonging to Nikolai Skalan.

In 2020, his son, Myron Golovachev, acquired ownership of a 102-square-meter apartment in Kyiv. However, the listed price was 10,000 hryvnias, which does not reflect the actual market value of real estate in the capital.

The family’s only car is listed as a BMW X5 (2018), which Anastasia Golovacheva purchased in 2018 for 1.64 million hryvnia.

In 2020, the judge earned 2.06 million hryvnias, another 500,000 hryvnias from the sale of a car, and 172,000 hryvnias in interest from PrivatBank. His wife declared 14,600 hryvnias in income from entrepreneurship, and his son, Myron, declared a 20,000 hryvnia stipend from the National Center of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, a 10,000 hryvnia in-kind gift (likely referring to the gift of an apartment in Kyiv, the value of which he stated was 10,000 hryvnias – Ed.), and a 5,200 hryvnia stipend from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The Golovachev family owns 3.21 million hryvnias and $161,000 in savings.
