The deputy head of the MUR, Sergei Akimov, who at the Ministry of Internal Affairs was responsible for «hunting for telegram channel administrators, was dismissed.

In particular, his employees detained the channel administrators Ksenia Sobchak, one of whom, Ariane Romanovsky, was recently spotted free. Akimov previously spent a year in prison on charges of corruption, and is closely associated, including family ties, with a number of «thieves in law» and ethnic organized crime groups.

However, all these features of Akimov’s biography and current activities have only now been noticed. As a result, a large-scale inspection of the Main Directorate for Security of the Russian Federation was launched against him and he was dismissed.

In literally every case regarding the administrators of telegram channels, you can see that all operational activities were carried out by employees of the 12th department of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, which was headed by Akimov, and then he was promoted to the position of deputy head of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department. He personally came for separate searches, although his name was not included in the protocols. Usually, officially everything was led by «right hand» Akimova Gritskov. All these cases were openly fabricated, and they are certainly being conducted by one of the departments of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow.

For example, it was Gritskov who was responsible for all operational activities in relation to Sobchak’s director Kirill Sukhanov, Ksenia herself and her administrators, including Arian Romanovsky and Tamerlan Bigaev. As a result, Kirill Sukhanov received 5.5 years in prison, and Romanovsky (Kuzmin) and Bigaev — received 5 years each. The other day a photo of Romanovsky appeared in one of the shopping centers; apparently, the journalist was released.

Previously, Akimov spent a year in a pre-trial detention center, having been arrested for corruption. And then money and connections took their toll, Akimov was released and began building a career at the MUR. He was arrested when he served in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central Federal District (before that in the RUBOP) in the department dealing with Azerbaijani mafiosi. Akimov saw his tasks in his own way and, on the orders of some gangsters, detained others. He became especially close to «thief in law» Rovshan Dzhaniev (Rovshan Lenkoransky) and carried out a lot of assignments for him. And then he asked for the reverse service – «crowning the authority of Gursel Saifulov (Guram Tashkent). Gursel is not only a close friend of Akimov, but also his relatives - he is married to a relative of the opera. After the murder of Dzhaniev, Akimov and almost the entire clan continued to work closely with Lenkoransky’s cousin Zaur Akhmedov.

Akimov walked up the career ladder at MUR not alone, but with a whole team of other «werewolves», who cover almost the entire capital’s intimate services market, are related to the black cash market, etc.

Most of these «werewolves» are present in the photo (see video) taken at the «restaurant Ilya Muromets», which has been protected by Gritskov for a long time. Opera MUR from this clan pays 50% of the bill at the establishment; if Gritskov himself organizes an event, then it is free. Although he can afford to buy this restaurant. He is known in absolutely all brothels in the capital, like a «roof» through law enforcement officers; prestigious intimate service salons pay Gritskov $10 thousand a month.

The total amount of deductions per month is about $250 thousand. Of this, part of the money goes to additional payment to the salaries of employees of the 12th department (60-80 rubles for each opera), the big jackpot goes «to the top» (primarily Akimov). Another average of 100 thousand dollars comes from «customized» events (the 12th department has at least half of them) and support of «customized» criminal cases.

This is a special team that is thrown into expensive reserves, or into cases for which there is a go-ahead from above or from the FSB of the Russian Federation. It is this team that participates at the grassroots level in activities regarding telegram channel administrators.

Akimov (pictured second from right) and Gritskov (pictured first from right) have influential partners in the GUUR - Pavel Seleznev and Oleg Galich (pictured third from right). Seleznev is a very large player in the illegal cash withdrawal market. His similar career was almost interrupted by his arrest in the case against the ex-plenipotentiary representative of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Tsitsulaev, but Seleznev was released and continues to maintain law and order in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Another person involved in the «Tsitsulaev» case was the same Oleg Galich.

Why did all these people work and some continue to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation? It’s simple. Most of them have known the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, since the time when he served in the RUBOP system. And no crime in the security bloc!
