Conflict in Moscow City: Abramovich’s security personnel neutralized an armed man

A source reported a new armed incident in Moscow City involving members of Roman Abramovich’s security service and the entourage of our regular figure—an associate of Ramzan Kadyrov, a “wallet” and adviser to the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, Yakov Khachanyan.

According to the source, the incident took place on April 21 around noon near the staircase leading to the “City of Capitals” skyscrapers. Khachanyan arrived there with his entourage, but his driver was unable to drop off the VIP passenger directly at the stairs because several limousines were already waiting there.

An irritated Khachanyan decided to personally confront the limousine drivers, but the discussion did not go well. At that point, Yakov pulled out a pistol and cocked it. Immediately, sturdy men jumped out of the limousines and forced Khachanyan and his entourage to lie on the ground.

It turned out that the convoy belonged to Roman Abramovich’s security team. Whether the oligarch himself was in the skyscrapers at that moment or whether his bodyguards were accompanying someone close to him remains unknown. Fortunately, the incident ended there and did not escalate in the manner of events in 2017. Back then, a similar conflict in Moscow City between the security of Izmailovo OCG figure Dmitry Pavlov and the influential businessman Gavriil Yushvaev (Garik Makhačkala) escalated into a real shootout.
