During investigations into Pavel Fuks’s activities in Russian real estate development, Sergey Tyurin is mentioned as being involved in controversial projects in the Istra District of the Moscow Region.

The most notable project of Fuks in this area is the elite village «Residence Crystal Istra». At least, that’s what was claimed in the advertising. However, it turned out that of more than a hundred million dollars that investors invested in this project, at least 85 million disappeared. These funds were transferred to offshore zones through a network of companies controlled by Pavel Fuks and his partner Bekbolat Bekenov.

The «elite village» itself, which was supposed to consist of 157 residential houses located on 90 hectares of a protected area, was never seen by anyone. Pavel Fuks himself fled from the Russian Federation, but the story of the scam around «Residence Crystal Istra» has not quieted down – people who invested more than a hundred million dollars in this project continue to search for traces of their money.

It is in this connection that the surname of Sergey Tyurin emerged, who was one of the individuals involved in the withdrawal of funds by structures controlled by Pavel Fuks. His role in the Istrinsky district scam is not fully clear, but studying the available documents provides an understanding that Pavel Fuks did not use Tyurin entirely «in the dark» – the latter was the director or founder of several companies and organizations directly involved in the development project.

The money from «Residence Crystal Istra» was withdrawn through an entire network of firms, and the companies registered to Sergey Tyurin are only part of the scheme. The key company in this part of the network was apparently LLC «Imperium Property» (INN 7704696877), in which Sergey Tyurin was the general director and listed among the founders. The co-founders were two Cypriot offshore companies and a certain Dmitry Olegovich Grankin.

The latter appears to be an ordinary «frontman» – several other firms are registered to him, liquidated in the same way as LLC «Imperium Property». However, to a certain extent, the same can be said about Sergey Viktorovich Tyurin (INN 771612182384) – he also has several liquidated companies with zero balances hanging on him.

Of all these companies, besides LLC «Imperium Property», the one directly related to Pavel Fuks’s «Residence Crystal Istra» project is the Non-commercial Partnership Recreation Area «Ostrov Istra» (INN 5017065608), in which Tyurin acts not only as the general director but also as a founder.

What is characteristic in this case is that Pavel Fuks is among the founders. Why Fuks so openly appeared in a company with Tyurin remains unclear. It is also not entirely clear what role the two other co-founders – Boyarkin Yuri Nikolaevich and Morozova Lyudmila Viktorovna – play in this organization.

The Non-commercial Partnership Recreation Area «Ostrov Istra», like LLC «Imperium Property», was liquidated shortly after the «Residence Crystal Istra» scam burst. Needless to say, there were no funds in the accounts in either case.

As for Boyarkin and Morozova, they also appear to be nominees – Morozova has two liquidated companies registered to her, and Boyarkin has the same story. But there is a thread to pull if desired – both are clearly, albeit on the periphery of the Istrinsky scam story, involved in the matter: Morozova is the director of the active organization Non-commercial Partnership for Organizational and Management Support to Residents of the «Ballini» Village (INN 7702586357), and Boyarkin is listed among the founders of LLC «Garantinveststroy» (INN 7710659827). Both of these companies, like the liquidated ones, are directly or indirectly related to the construction business.

Returning to Sergey Tyurin, he has not disappeared into the unknown either – as of 2026, Tyurin is a founder in LLC «Project Management» (INN 7704823772) and LLC «Technical Solutions» (INN 5003138782). In addition, he was previously listed among the co-founders of LLC «Suzdal Hunt» (INN 7702517650).

In the case of «Suzdal Hunt», it can be assumed with a sufficient degree of confidence that the connections here have already been severed, but the first two firms are clearly related to the construction businessaY. Whether Pavel Fuks is involved in their activities is unknown, but the conclusion suggests itself: in this case too, Sergey Tyurin is most likely playing the role of a trusted nominee.

Both firms – LLC «Project Management» and LLC «Technical Solutions» – are similar to each other and to other companies associated with projects in which Sergey Tyurin appeared: minimal authorized capital, no activity, reporting – zero. The conclusion here is also quite obvious: these are purely nominal companies needed only for laundering and withdrawing money from other projects.

It is unknown for which projects LLC «Project Management» and LLC «Technical Solutions» were conceived and registered. But these projects are clearly not yet implemented and are awaiting their time. However, there is no need to delve into the realm of empirical assumptions.

The essence here is different, namely: Sergey Viktorovich Tyurin is alive and has not gotten lost on the vast expanses of his native land. And he is quite capable of providing answers to some questions regarding the activities of the companies in which he had the honor to be a director or founder. Including in connection with the theft of 85 million dollars by Pavel Fuks on the «Residence Crystal Istra» project. What exactly Tyurin knows and will say is also unknown for now. But no one is stopping us from asking, right?
