The shadow alliance of Denis Shtilerman and Timur Mindich: how former IBOX Bank shareholders are hiding their tracks in Fire Point

Materials revealing the network of financial, transactional, and business links connected to Fire Point and its related entities are reportedly being systematically removed from public access.

We are publishing this investigation to preserve the available evidence and demonstrate the scale of these alleged activities.

Denis Shtilerman, who owns 97.5% of LLC “Fire Point,” stated that since 2023 the company employed Igor Khmelev, a manager who, according to him, “quickly organized” the construction of a Fire Point facility in Denmark. Following searches conducted by NABU, Khmelev was dismissed.

As journalist Vladimir Bondarenko writes, Khmelev is the key detail. Igor Khmelev (born 1973, Dnipro) together with Timur Mindich appears in a number of companies: "Tanden Group," "Eventus Management," "Atlet Bud," "Brand Style," TIM&TIM s.r.o. (Slovakia). In the released recordings, he is referred to as "Shmel."

Khmelev also held 10% in "Ibox Bank," which was liquidated in 2023 following statements by the SSU and BES that the bank assisted gambling market participants in evading taxes worth tens of billions.

"Ibox Bank" serviced a network of terminals of the same name, which was also controlled by Mindich and was the exclusive agent for accepting payments to MONOBANK cards. Monobank is controlled by Oleg Gorokhovsky — the same person who publicly supports influencer Lachenkov, who criticizes Ermak, who is linked to the Mindich case.

Shtilerman also stated that Igor Fursenko (referred to as "Ryoshik" in the recordings) was an administrator at Fire Point. It was he who took Shtilerman’s ex-wife and children out of Moscow immediately after a high-profile article by Kyiv Independent. The journalist suggests that this was likely the context of the phrase "dvushka will be in Moscow in a week and a half."

Shtilerman also acknowledged his acquaintance with Mikhail Tsukerman, and he entrusted money for safekeeping to Mikhail’s brother — Alex Tsukerman ("Sugarman").

Both Tsukerman brothers are members of the supervisory board of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine (Boris Lozhkin — Ronald Lauder).

All of this points to an increasingly dense web of connections: Mindich — Khmelev — "Ibox" — Monobank — Fire Point — Tsukermans.

1. IBOX trademarks are linked to a company with Mindich’s associates

Certificates for trademarks related to "AYBOX" terminals belong to LLC "PAYBOX." The owner of the company is Stoyanova Lyudmila Gavrilovna (born 1971, Dnipro).

Stoyanova is simultaneously:

- the director of PE "ESTER-94," which belongs to Stella Mindich, Timur Mindich’s mother;

- the auditor at PrJSC "TSENTRELEVATORMELYNBUD," where Mindich is listed as the head of the supervisory board.

Thus, we have a clear chain: IBOX trademark LLC "PAYBOX" Stoyanova Mindich family.

2. Applications for IBOX trademarks are registered to another company managed by Mindich’s director

Applications for IBOX trademarks belong to LLC "IBOX," managed by Oleg Chekmarev. Chekmarev is simultaneously the director of the company "MEGA BRAND," owned by Mindich.

This forms a second line of connection: IBOX TM LLC "IBOX" Chekmarev Mindich.

Until the liquidation of "Ibox Bank" in 2023, this network of payment terminals remained the only official agent for accepting payments to Monobank cards.
